The Youth Ministry Team (YMT) work with over 20,000 young people every year in schools, communities and at the Youth Village, encouraging them to discover their potential and inspiring them to ‘step up to life’.

The work of YMT is about the holistic development of all young people and it also works with adults to encourage them to support young people on this journey.

The most examined and assessed generation of all time, the young people of today can feel restrained and limited in their skills and gifts. YMT’s work inspires them to see beyond this and to see the incredible potential they have and the gift they are to the world in which we live.
