Pulse 2009 steps up to life
Each year the Youth Ministry Team goes to Ilfracombe, Devon to be part of Celebrate, a family holiday/conference for 1500 people. During the week we provide a retreat programme to about 80 young people (ages 14-15) who are participating in the conference.
Going to Celebrate is one of the highlights for most Team members. This year we chose theme ‘Step up to Life’ which is based on the theme of the conference “Now listen! Today I am giving you a choice between life and death, between prosperity and disaster….” Deut 30: 14-16 (NLT)… so we chose life.

Hi guys I would just like to say a huge thank you for such a fantastic week I had at Celebrate. Everything about it was so enjoyable and you all contributed in such individual ways it was really lovely. I will definitely be back in the Pulse next year, I can’t wait to see you all again! 3 years, just you wait! loved celebrate by the way. Out of all 15 i’ve been to, i can easily say that this years has by far been the best and no doubt you guys have greatly aided that. Thank you and God Bless, TP x

Thanks for your posts. We’re glad you enjoyed Celebrate and look forward to next year. As for who will be on the Team next year, we can’t say at the moment as every year we have a mix of old and new Team members. We are excited for the coming year and looking forward to seeing you there. YMT

hey just wanted to say that pulse 09 was Amazing! Thank you so much YMT! Cant wait til next year. if people realy cant wait have a look at going to New Dawn in the spirit. very similar, just in the summer and in tents in a field! God Bless! xxx
